ESTRATÉGIAS PARA ANÁLISE DA EMISSÃO ELETROLUMINESCENTE DE MÓDULOS FOTOVOLTAICOS

Resumo

O trabalho apresenta um levantamento bibliográfico das principais características para a avaliação de módulos fotovoltaicos a partir de sua emissão eletroluminescente com intuito de detectar defeitos de forma complementar aos métodos tradicionais de caracterização da geração fotovoltaica. São mostrados os aspectos gerais para a obtenção das imagens, além da descrição de métodos para o tratamento prévio das mesmas. Foram analisados os trabalhos correlatos que tratam da detecção de defeitos a partir das imagens em eletroluminescência, sendo que a tendência para a automatização do processo está relacionada com o desenvolvimento e a aplicação de inteligência artificial. Nesse contexto, os métodos de aprendizado de máquina se mostram promissores em relação à necessidade computacional e assertividade na detecção dos defeitos.
