Sistemas fotovoltaicos têm demonstrado serem estratégicos para a confiabilidade no fornecimento e no aumento da capacidade de geração de energia elétrica do país. O maior problema da tecnologia de energia solar não é descobrir como coletar o fluxo de radiação, mas como coletá-lo a baixo custo.
