PERFORMANCE ANALYSIS OF CARPORTS WITH DIFFERENT PHOTOVOLTAIC TECHNOLOGIES

This work presents a comparison of energy generation and merit indices of two cars with different technologies, built in the city of São José dos Pinhais/PR under the same installation conditions. The garages have an installed power of 8.64kWp and are divided by a garage installed by photovoltaic modules (15 Qcells modules 380Wp - 5700 Wp) and a garage with solar tiles (98 Solar Tiles 30 Wp - 2940 Wp). The analysis was carried out with an energy production over 10 months and shows a better production efficiency with a photovoltaic panel of solar tiles built from thin film modules (CIGS) reaching 3.6% higher than the thin film n. The superior work that silicon modules, are also light, with analysis modules made, if that modules of thin modules, despite a gain in value, however, show superior value to the film, compensating its use by the generation generation module. energy, less impact in shading areas and flexibility of integration into the structure due to constructive aspects.
