Abstract

The work aims to present in summary form the results of a teaching-learning experience by teachers of the Physics Department, Faculty of Natural Sciences of the National University of Catamarca and graduates of the Faculty of Physics, under a project designed to improve the training of Physics teachers from Catamarca. It is selected as a methodological strategy the conduct participatory workshops in which students perform measurements, calculations and inferences. The main objective of the workshop is to promote the use of laboratory equipment easily accessible for direct and indirect measurement of solar radiation and the use of simulation software. Practices that give answers to demands of educational interest as well as a active student participation in the construction of knowledge are proposed. The results are very satisfactory, which is evidenced in the enthusiasm and participation of students.
