NTEGRATED PHOTOVOLTAIC SYSTEM THE BUILDING IN THE CITY OF RECIFE

The pres ent research approaches a technical viability on the implementation of the photovoltaic systems connected to a power network on residential, commercial and public edifications in the city of Recife. In the site where a survey was carried out on both levels of radiation and areas to implant the grid connected photovoltaic system (SFCR), was made a pre-measurement of the systems to the edifications, demonstrating: its respective potential to generate power, the estimated costs with the implementation of the S FCR on the edifications, the saved resources on power and the correspondent paybacks. At its final stage, the study demonstrates an economic analysis in which there will be a confirmation that the current condition of the region’s technology has an average time of return of 18 to 20 years in residential buildings. Moreover, it has been demonstrated that buildings, like the Hospital of the Restoration and a supermarket, the payback is estimated at only 5 and 4 years respectively. Thus, enabling the deploymen t of a SFCRD.
