Abstract

The solar cooker application to pineapple drying it is a proposal that aims at to diminish wastefulness and to add final value to the food. For being an equipment of low cost, the solar cooker is ideal for low income communities that characterize theirselves for the occupation and exploration of the natural resources and the means of production it not wage-earning work and low technological index.
