CONSTRUCTION OF AN ACTIVE CARBON – METHANOL REFRIGERATOR

An active carbon – methanol refrigerator has been developed. Its performances were determined with the help of a 700 W solar simulator, by measuring its internal pressure and the temperatures in its absorber and its evaporator, and the room temperature as well, during various 24h cycles.
