Abstract

The temperature influence on a photovoltaic cell is quite discussed in the academic and in the industrial media. Temperature effects and its influence on the main photovoltaic cell characteristics are well known. Different efficiencies are observed in these PV-cells due to the manufacturing processes that can some defects related to the increase of the series resistance, reduction of parallel resistance, beside others.
