In this work, a study of thermal and hydrodynamic behavior of reservoirs connected with solar collectors is presented through a numerical three-dimensional simulation. The computational code solves the transient equations of the momentum and energy, making possible to describe the evolution of the temperature and velocity fields inside of the reservoir.
