The paper describes the analysis of the transmissivity KT, KTUV, KTPAR and KTIR as a function of n/N. Sunshine values and the global (G), ultraviolet (UV), photosynthetically active (PAR) and infrared (IV) radiation database were measured in the period from 2001 to 2005 in Botucatu, São Paulo, Brazil. The values of KT, KTUV, KTPAR and KTIR and relative sunshine duration (n/N) were lower in the rainy season, in function of the high concentration of clouds and water vapour in the atmosphere, and higher in the dry season, when there are low concentration of clouds and water vapour and high concentration of aerosols. The annual estimated models show that KT, KTUV, KTPAR and KTIR correlations due to relative sunshine duration fitted into linear and parabolic correlation equations, with R2 ranging from 0.750 to 0.880. The linear model validation shows MBE less than ± 6.0%, RMSE less than 13.6% and “d” (Willmott) above 0.946. The parabolic model validation shows MBE less than ± 6.1%, RMSE less than 12.9% and “d” (Willmott) above 0.948.The MBE, RMSE, “d” results show that the KT, KTUV, KTPAR and KTIR monthly estimated models had satisfactory adjustment in relation to the measured data. The parabolic model had better accuracy than the linear model.
