Abstract

The Electrical Power Systems (EPS) are in a great transformation process. The Brazil is propitious to a new environment and changes in his EPS at any time, as envisaged in the ANEEL Resolution 482/2012, resulting in the installation of new equipment that will promote improvements and optimizations in the measurement of electricity for residential consumers. This article presents the development of a platform for energy management with an active web interface suitable to the paradigms of the Smart Grids (Intelligent Networks) and Internet of Things (IoT). In this way, consumers will have access to important information and they can monitor and control effectively and remotely their spending, and to profile the consumption through accessing their historical.
