Abstract

This paper presents the development of a circuit capture, processing and storage of light energy indoors. We describe the components of the project such as: photovoltaic panels for indoor environments, dc-dc converter and ultracapacitors. We propose a processing with low power consumption and high performance circuit. It presents a new technology in energy storage. The content generation and dissemination of photovoltaic technology is also the result of the work. Finally we obtain low power products energetically self-reliant. The functionality of the proposed system was performed with a prototype laboratory implementation, consisting of a panel of 7 V and 1 mA, resulting in an array of ultracapacitors with 11 V and 6 F, feeding a sensor with variable current from 18 uA to 5 mA and voltage of 9 V.
