ANALYSIS OF PHOTOVOLTAIC SYSTEMS OPERATION DURING UNBALANCED VOLTAGE SAGS

This paper presents a comparison of two strategies for control of the DC bus voltage in a solar panel connected to the grid through a converter. The first control strategies consider the negative sequence currents provided the grid during disturbances in it, while the second strategy is more conventional and it does not consider these currents. The results were compare for unbalanced voltage sags in the power grid and shading on solar panels.
