Abstract

Electric energy is an important tool for the social development of a country, and in Brazil a portion of the population still lives on the periphery of this energy inclusion. As part of the process of democratizing access to electricity in Brazil, the Mais Luz para Amazônia Program (MLA) was created in February 2022. This program aims to install Individual Electrical Energy Generation Systems with Intermittent Sources – SIGFI or Isolated Electrical Energy Generation and Distribution Microsystems – MIGDI, thus providing the limit installation of a number of lamps and sockets within consumer units. (UC) that have remote or isolated access and are covered within the Legal Amazon. Such technologies generate electrical energy through solar energy and storage through the use of batteries.
