This work describes a computational program that presents necessary information for meteorological analysis, through the acquisition and manipulation of data. The analysis of the climatic characteristics related the winds, temperature and solar radiation of one determined region is essential for diverse activities as: agriculture, civil engineering and generation of energy. The necessity of technologies to skirt problems or to develop applications related to these factors has led to a detailed examination more of the climatic information. However, the understanding of the climatic factors can become difficult or laborious, with the form where the reading equipment makes use these information. Due to reading of the factors to be effected in small period of time, a great volume of data is supplied of simplified form, not presenting coherent information analysis or application. The majority of the applicatory ones used is limited in determined functions, mainly in the storage and synthesis of a great period of data, what it more than makes it difficult the comparison of the climatic variations in periods of one year. The lack of resources for filtering of data and statistical pointers, also demonstrates the necessity of a computational program that in accordance with supplies to specific information the necessity of the institution. The use of an adjusted computational resource for collection, storage, synthesis and presentation of the data is essential for this purpose. The concise demonstration of the information through a intuitive and simplified interface results in agility and efficiency in the applications. The main developed objective of the applicatory one is the storage, manipulation and presentation of aeolian data, temperature and solar radiation, collected for the anemometer of the FAG. Intention is to provide necessary information for meteorological analysis, through tables, graphs and reports, being aimed at to simplify the manipulation of the data, offering diverse unavailable specific and efficient resources in applicatory.
